Refund & Cancellation Policy
We aim to be fair and transparent. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
Cancellations
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before a booked consultation.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refundable depending on the service type.
Refunds
- Completed consultation sessions are non-refundable.
- If a session is not delivered as scheduled, you are entitled to a full refund.
- On-site expert visits (for out-of-warranty devices) are subject to the independent expert's refund policy; these will be shown before booking.
How to Request a Refund
Email help@printhelphub.com with your booking reference and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
