Print Help Hub is an independent third-party provider specializing in on-site printer configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance guidance. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any printer manufacturer or brand (such as HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, etc.).
2. On-Site Service & Contractor Fulfillment
Service dispatches offer rapid or instant on-site response depending on technician availability in your local area. All on-site repair, setup, and maintenance work is fulfilled through our verified network of independent contractors.
3. Payment Terms & Methods
Payment for completed services is due upon the conclusion of the on-site visit. Customers may pay via **cash** or **card machine**. All payments are securely collected and fulfilled directly by our network of independent contractors on-site.
4. Post-Service 3-Day DIY Assistance
Every completed on-site service includes up to **3 days of post-service DIY technical assistance**. If you encounter minor configuration or connection adjustments within 3 days following your service, you may contact our support desk for phone or chat guidance at no additional charge.
